To whom it may concern,

I'd like to know whyDyFS was involved with my daughter Kiersten Marie Shaffer with out my acknowledgmnent or notification. I never gave up on my parental rights. Who is this Catherine Cocozzo ot say my to my daughter I had four mistakes. Why is the system prolonging the longevity of getting my children back signing all dyfs contracts to get my children back. They promised me my children back and they produced nothing. A dyfs worker said make sure she stays away from her father because he's mean to her. This system caused meso much collateral damage. It's corrupt. Men in jail have more rights than I do. My father and Cathy tried to hospitalized one time and the black woman who interviewed me said I would of done worse than you. My father and CAthy didnot treat me good growing up. Did Dyfs expect the same for my children. I don't think so. I never gave up on my children and I never will. I know it's not me it's the system.
