My 94-year old mother was advised that she would have to pay "work order fees" of $20 to obtain "documents of cash eligibility... Of ($3,175, 536). She was required to pay within three days so "no culpability will occur." Apparently, this was the second time, as her notes indicate that she paid both by check and by cash in the full amount of $40. These lowlifes are targeting seniors. I'm going to have to discontinue mail delivery to my house, as these con artists not only make money from receiving "fees" but also from selling names. Such vile creatures belong behind bars.
