I agreed to pay the postage for a trial sample which never arrived. Following that, I found £88 had been taken from my bank account and when I called, I was told I should have sent the sample (which I never received!) back or the money would be taken. This is fraud and they should not be allowed to do this. I have reported them to my bank and have asked TotalBody Wellness re-credit my account.
