Rip-off!

I thought that i was the only one this company did this to. I was wrong. They got other ones like me. They said it would help with my credit. They told me that this was going to be a one time fee of 279.00, and that i wouldn't have to pay anything else. Then they sent me this packet of paper, and said i needed to fill this out and send more money. They told me that i paid 279.00 for the pack of papers. Then told me that the money was non-refundable. I was never told that the money was non-refundable.

When i ask to speak to a supervisor, i was told no one could speak to me they were in a meeting. I was told i would get a phone call back. Never did. So i called back and they hung up on me. To this day i am still calling. They are not going to get rid of me. That is a lot of money to me. And i'm not just going to sit back and let them take it. Please don't let them do this to you.
