Inadequate portion and poor service from superviso

I have gone to culvers in edwardsville almost every day this summer to get strawberry coolers for my grandkids after swimming. This day we went to the culvers in collinsville because we were picking up another grandchild. We ordered our usual and after driving off found that the medium ordered was less than 1/2 filled. It looked ok intially due to the sides being covered but the middle empty. On return the next day to the same culvers i was told that they could do nothing about it and i should look at the product before leaving. That is stupid! The product should be the same no matter what store i go to. They said it had to do with the mixture and the way the blender worked. I say bull. My usual culvers never had this problem. The supervisor talked to me like i was trying to steal another cooler rather than i was telling the truth..
