I began trying to book my package to Jamaica about 9 mths ago. They told me to wait until 6mths. I called back and they said 45 days. Well 45 day was to late to book the Jamaica. I had to chose something else. Cancun and Cabo you have to pay and extra $100.00 a person. I chose puerto vallarta. There has been e-mail after e-mails change my trip changing the amount and wanting me to sign to give them permisson to bill me extra $480.00. That not the best part departing it in 30 I received and e-mail today that food and drink was included. Right now I going to contact the US embassy and BBB. Me and my daughter have been going back and foward with them. There was suppose to be a discount code for American Airline that not true. And I have call and been hung up on. I have called and put on hold automaticlly. I just held the phone for about 20minute. Somebody pick up and siad my first name. They have call ID they see your number and won't answer or hang up.
