Hi I was also fooled by ideal hair. Offering good quality hair extentionas and 24/7 customer service I made my order and waited for it to arrive. It has never arrived. I have contacted them several times. Whoever I chatted to the person lied about my item, to be dispached, then could not find the proof of postage, they offered a refund but never paid. I have tried to contact them several times via email, chat or telephone. Left several messages but has not received the ordered item or money. I have reported them to the police but their website is still active. I foudn another website runned by same person/people with the same tricks. They advertise under ideal hair 24-7, hairmanufacturers, michelle adams empire etc. Do not buy from them and do not send them money.
