Ordered Perry Mason TV DVD set from TVRuby, 8/1. I emailed them on 8/2,4:10 PM, asking them to cancel my order 7050. They emailed me back that my order was complete. They showed a Post Canada track showing TVRuby had mailed my order 8/2 8:43 PM.
I received the DVD's on 8/17. They were of unviewable quality, lips out-of-synch with picture pirated from the Hallmark Channel. Not in proper, sealed plastic boxes.
My bank, Chase, told me to return the DVD's to TVRuby. The cost would be $53.58. I would lose that, too.
How do these people get away with this?
