I too, as many others, got a notification from FAA requesting that I send $20 to only have money due to me in the amount of $234,200.00. What! Are they crazy? I tried to find a phone number so I could harass them, you know, fair play with valid questions, ie, "Why should I pay money to have money which is supposedly due to me"? Well, could not find one. Go figure...
