They took $30.00 from my bank account and when I called the number and spoke with a person named "ALEX", I was told I applied for a loan on 8/10 and this was the processing fee. I never applied for a loan and I never heard of these people. I asked for his website address and as I was talking to him and googling... I told him all I came up with was SCAM notices and complaints. I told him I was now contacting the police. At no time did he hang up on me, he just kept apologizing and saying he understands my frustration and will have the money refunded to my account. He even went so far as to give me a confirmation #. How sweet of the theif to take time and make up an confirmation code. What an a*!!
