I had an appointment for cleaning my teeth $80.
I completed form that my appointment was for cleaning. They called me into a room, then headed me to an x-ray room and took x-rays when I asked what that was for she said routine. Then they took me in a room and gave me a breakdown of what it would take to get my teeth up to optimum health which was over $2,000 they wanted 250.00 a month. I said no and left.
I have been sent statements that i owe them $500.00 now a year later. I wrote them a letter that they cannot charge me for services not rendered and it was against the law.
