We received a call yesterday from Stacey Wray at this company and she said she was from the collection department and that we owe them $676.80 for this add that we never agreed to either. When the manager called to speak with her, he began asking questions and she began to try to put blame on us and be rude, which is basically admitting to guilt. He did say we never signed a contract and she explained that this was ok over the phone as long as it is under $600. That is why the original amount is $599, but they add on all these fees to make it higher. This happened to another one of our stores in a different state and unfortunately, they did pay it, but this time we got smart here and thought to investigate it a little more. I don't know exactly what action they can take. What business now a days operates with verbal contracts? Scams.
