Received a fax from them that was titled "Additional Data Required" making it sound like they already had information from us — all they had was our fax number.in the case of this fax, there was a disclosure requiring a term of at least 2 years at $109 a month, payable 1 year in advance (109x12=$1308). It also will automatically renew for a year if you don't tell them otherwise. Don't fall for this.
