I looked online about loans. I went to welcome loans but not accept the loan. I received an email stating that a broker fee of £69.90 had been deducted from my account. I was not made aware about this broker fee and did not give my authorization. I phoned the company and was told to send a letter requesting a refund and after 21days i would receive my refund. I have still not received it so i phoned the company again and was told to email customer services i did this they replied saying they did not know why i had not received my refund that they would look into.
