On February 10, I paid Net Success LLC $528.00 for a website. Once the website was up, I received very little support from Net Success. I received a call about a week after my website was up from someone that was suppose to serve as my coach. The only coaching that I received from this individual was a pitch to sell me marketing leads for a large sum of money. When I purchased my website I was told that I would receive unlimited support which was included in the amount I paid. I ventured out on my own, placing free ads as well as paid advertisement. During the month of April, I noticed that the link to my website was not working and my website was down. After making several calls, I was finally able to reach someone in the Support Unit. To compensate me for the time my site was down, I was given a YouTube commercial (Which did not make me any money, only cost me money to promote it.) I have spend unlimited hours at the computer posting both free and paid advertising and have not made one penny. I did notice that the stats from my advertisement revealed thousands of view to my site, however when I would go into my back offices, the stats there always indicated zero. This past weekend, I decided to post a lot of ads in the State of California and as a result of these ads, I received over one thousand views in two days. However, have not been credited in my back office for none of these. I am so disappointed in the fact that I have been scammed for money that I really could not afford to invest. I have lost so much money in this, that the amount reflected in monetary damages is so much more than the amount that I have supporting documentation for. I exhausted an enormous amount of time to this, not to mention the vast amount I spend on advertisements. I really am upset and disappointed that this has happened to me. I need to somehow get at least some of my money back. The Contact name that I have is a James Allen, and the number that he gave me was 1-800-529-4767.
