Canopy collapsed

NEVER EVER buy anything from Pacific Casual LLC! After buying a canopy and having it up for just over a month, the weld points failed and it collapsed! I filed a complaint with David Bravo. He asked for a whole bunch of info and I sent him a dozen pictures. Then he asked for what replacement parts I needed. I sent more pictures with a list. He said this was due to storm damge, too much rain on the canopy. The canopy is supposed to repel the rain. It was the weld points taht gave out! I then emailed with Bridget Mara, who asked again for list of parts, she did not see some of the parts that I was asking for as damged. I sent videos and a dozen more pictures! Now, I can not get anyone to return an email or phone call! The parts are rusting and it was never going to last! Great customer service! Not!
