Harassing Calls for Someone Who Never Lived Here

This Credit one company has been calling and Harassing me and my family for a Person to Whom I do Not Know, David Mitchell, I have told them time and time again that he has never lived here, I have with my Parents for over 40 years. They will not stop I want them to stop My mother Just got out of the Hospital and I work 10 hour days and want, this harassment to stop.
