I ordered a pair of Christian Laboutin shoes US size 41. They are TINY - would barely fit my 10 year old. I sent an email and the reply was obviously typed from a translation phrasebook and bore no relation to my complaint. I also tried live chat - initial response from "Ellen", again in translation English, then nothing. Another email, another random meaningless response. Never again.
