Fell for the same problem as everyone else. There were no term and conditions till after I got a receipt for my free auction and I had never agreed to them. Then a full monthly charge came out of my account and I had to get the bank to put a block on them. The worse thing to me was it was being advertised on a reputable site in Australia so because of this I thought they were OK. Shame on these people why cant they be stopped
