I was a project Superintendant for Network Interiors inc for 5 months.
When I started my title as it was with the othe companny i had left was Superintendant.
I was offered a Salary position and offered bonuses of #1000.00 after completion of every Project.
I completed 6 Projects at mt-Sinai Hospital in Hartford ct, when i was nearing completion of the last project i was told i was going to be layed off because they had no more work for me a Superintendant.
The agreement was mutual so i officially gave my notice that after the end of the project i would leave with a layoff slip.
8-6-12 i had a conversation with Melissa Sheffy (owner) claiming that she was not going to lay me off that i had given my notice.

So i left that day.
To this day she has not paid my wages for week ending 8-4-12 or she says has no intention on paying out the bonuses..

Not sure what my options are or if i can lien the hospital projects..

If you could help me with some guidance i would appreciate it immenselly.
