I signed up for a "Free 30-Day Trial" for just 4.95 s/h on June 12th. Ten days later they have deducted 97.88 from my checking account. Needless to say I was shocked! I live on SSI and cannot afford that type of purchase! When I saw the charge I called them and they told me that it was only a 10-day free trial and that I could not return the purchase as it was past the 10 days and it was used! I threatened to call my bank and hung up. They called back and said if I sent them a typed email that I would NOT contact my bank they would give me a $35.00 credit, which I did and they gave me the credit on 7/5. This was an endorsement from the Dr. Oz show, so I intend to notify them, too! What a rip off!!!
