Miscellaneous

I would like to complain in the strongest possible manner regarding this company, and the way that it has misled me into purchasing products that I do not want. I ordered a free trial of Swiss Apple Stem Cell 3000 on July 12th and received it on Friday 10th August. I realised today that Totalbodywell.com have taken £88.00 from my account, and when I called them I was informed that I had Exceeded the "free trial period" which expired on August 6th and because I had not cancelled my order (an order that I was completely unaware that I had placed), I have been entered onto an auto shipment programme and will continue to receive product that I never ordered each month, and that payment will be taken from my account. I informed the helpdesk that I was unaware that I had ordered product, and I have cancelled the auto shipment with immediate effect. I have been advised that I will receive a 50% refund as a result of this, but I am deeply unhappy with this, and feel that I have been scammed. I though that I was merely paying £2.95 postage and packaging for a free sample, and have ended up paying £88.00 for product that I haven't even tried.
Please be warned about this dubious company. Having read the other complaints, I will ring my bank tomorrow to ensure that no further payments are taken by this company.
