Hello, I also ordered two pairs of shoes. I filed a complaint after I did not receive the items. However, a short time later I received a shower cap. I called Pay Pal and changed the status from my complaint from 'not received' to 'empty letter' and now I have to wait for 10 days and see how the company responds. However, I may have a chance to get the money back. Let's see what happens. I will post an update. It is sad to see how some people can be so rude. I chose the cheaper shoes because I am a student and I need to save money.
