I brought my Ford F250 in for a transmission problem. A Clunking noise. They had it for 6 days and told me it was better than it was. They said they changed some spline. I wanted it fixed. They said someone else had worked on the trans before and it was their fault. I didn't care I wanted it fixed. Now they say that I only authorised 1/2 the repair. It is identicle to when I took it in. They are lying. I took it to another shop before going to ammco but went to aamco because the other shop said he was to busy right now. He test drove the truck and heard the problem. I am taking it back to him and have him fix it, but I will get a letter from him that it was the same noise I had to start with before AAmco messed with the truck. I filed a complaint with the Missouri Attorneys office consumer fraud and the better business bureau.
