Harassing calls to friends and relatives by branch manager

From 8/1 to 8/9 I have been harassed
by phone calls at least five times a day.
He called my friends and relatives,
telling them about my situation. When
I did call him back, he became very nasty.
This man has no right to be managing
company. He is at 1063 Washington Ave.
