I called to cancel my order on August 1. Was told not a problem, gave me a cancellation #, and no need to return the rest of the pills. As I reviewed my cc statement 2days later the company had charged me for the pills. When I called the company they said the 14 day trial begins on the order date, not when rec'd or even when shipped. They did say they will give me a 50% refund to my account (I'll have to wait and seee). This should be illegal! I would not recommend this company to anyone.
