Non-existent customer service

I tried repeatedly to contact Nordic Track for an annual preventative maintenance check up which was supposedly included in the extended warranty. I had to go thru numerous gateways, experienced long holds, and when someone finally came on the line they told me I had the "wrong department". They transferred me back to the exact same number I had dialed. This went on for four occasions until I realized this was simply their method to avoid any warranty service. I will never buy another Nordic Track product.
