I had taken my daughter to see our Dr., Knotresha Stewart for a miragrain headache, when her nurse, Lisa Davis, came out of her office screaming at me asking me if I had a problem with her. I actually did have a problem with her acting so unprofessional and inappropriate. She screamed at me and everyone else in the waiting room by saying: " I'm so sick and tired of people like you". Needless to say, two days later, I and my husband recieved a letter in the mail dismissing us from her care. My husband and I both have serious medical issues and now we have no doctor. We gave her no reason to treat us this way or dismiss us from her care. Dr., Knotresha Stewart declines our request for an explaination when we call. Dr., Knotresha Stewart has also left instructions with the receptionists at the clinic to not accept any calls from us. I have contact the Virginia State Medical Board to tell them what has happened and to find out why we were dismissed from New River Internal Medicine and Dr., Knotresha Stewarts' care.
