They use different merchant names each month. Last month it was Dillard and Yeager. Which sounds like it could be clothing or Lawyers or lots of different businesses. Each month they debit out the same amount, hoping individuals wont notice. The first time we tried to contact the merchant the number was never answered. This month the merchant has no number. You literally have to change everything in order to keep different merchants from debiting out of your account. The bank needs to investigate before the money is returned, and stop payments cost also. Sorry but this has no easy fix or quick fix. Be careful filling out online information unless you trust the source. I will also contact the FBI fraud department.
