The company, PeopleMedia does NOT have a physical ("bricks and mortar") address, but a P.O. Box: Address: P.O. Box 12627, Dallas, TX 75225. People Media Customer Care Department phone #: is: 1-866-727-8920. Their Customer Care staff will answer the phones from a Call Center in Costa Rica (outsourced jobs) & tell you that the company does NOT refund memberships (even those paid by credit card) because it is stated in the "small print". When you pay online by credit card, you give up your rights to a refund, and your credit card company will not accept a dispute. Additionally, PeopleMedia (owner of the personals websites: SeniorPeopleMeet.com, etc.,) Headquarters address is: 1080 East Pecos Road, Suite 18 PMB #417, Chandler, AZ 85225-2426. The CEO of People Media is: Josh Meyers, & the COO is: Mike Jones, at the above address in Chandler, AZ. The phone # for the HQ shown on the internet (Ph. 323-603-0188, is a NON-WORKING #), so you can understand what this company is about.

I'm giving you all this info. Because I fought the company & they say they're going to refund me my money. I'll wait & see if that refund does actually happen. However, I also reported PeopleMedia to the Better Business Bureau of Metropolitan Dallas, at: www.complaints@dallas. BBB.org. Also I complained to the Attorney General & Consumer Affairs of Texax, Phone #: 1-800-621-0508, call & get their addresses & emails & file a complaint with these government & regulatory agencies about PeopleMedia dba www.SeniorPeopleMeet.com, & www.OurTime.com.
