I received an email from Cynthia Walker stating that she was a legal adviser WITH "Debt resolution department" Notice this person spelled advisor wrong. This email had my correct ssn stating that if I resolved the issue out of court in the amount of $788. Also that if I wanted to fight this issue reply "dispute" in the email and the police or FBI would come to my place of employement to pick me. Also the email states that when the judge hears my case make sure someone can take me out of jail. This is really distrubing to me and when I pulled up the company loanpayday@live.com it states that its a phishing website and I also took a screenshot and sent that to the scam artist letting them know that this was a scam.
