This Company is shameful. I was charged $9.99/month for 2 years and had no idea. I received their text msg. And not being able to see well, and didn't recognize WT 411, I just hit my "end" button thinking I had cancelled the msg. I DO NOT think the burden to reply STOP should be placed on the consumer, rather if I WANT the service, ask me to respond. I am amazed that companies would actually take advantage of people like this!
