I advertised for some motorcycle parts, 'Baxter' responded saying he had what I needed. I foolishly paid up front and then wasted four weeks listening to a raft of stories that I now realise were fiction.

He said he lived with his partner in Colwyn Bay and that he was off to Scotland to work 'on the rigs' for 6 weeks so I needed to settle if I wanted the parts quickly.

He provided bank details, a mobile number which he occasionally answers and an email address which I have used without reply.

Needless to say, nothing arrived and he no longer answers his phone.
