I am not sure about exact date, but 5 months ago i ordered free kit for 2.99$ which they sent me but charged me 159$ and then without my authorization and sending another package they charged me another 109$. I sent back both packages and asked them for refund. After at least 30 calls and emails they just returned some of my money but still they owe me 50$. There is no way to contact them and they dont respond to the emails. This company is a big fat lie. They dont care about the customers at all.
