Because it was a "FREE" trial I sent for it for shipping and handling costs only with a Editor's Note that the trial comes with a 100% guarantee to lose weight or your money back. 2 weeks later 2 charges for $79.99 appeared on my credit card. No person to speak with - only a web site that was NO HELP! I WAS SCAMMED. I asked for my money back, but no response.
