These people keep calling for myself and my father (on seperate occassions) saying there is a law suit pending and need to speak to me in 24hrs. An Investigator or so she called herself was very rude and evasive. I have tried numerous times to call them back 704-464-0168 and it just leaves me on hold for 15 minutes at a clip after a few tries i finally reached someone who went thru a speal about some wachovia account i never had... Asked me if i received a subpoena yet and notice of a restraining order. OMG thats funny. A restraining order... Really??? When i began to question them and ask about their business and business liscence the "Investigator" hung up on me. Fraud beware
