Better than expected - PODS DELIVERY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had heard some horror stories about pods but that was what I heard, not seen. I moved from Philadelphia area to corpus Christi, tx over the Christmas holidays. The drop off went very well and I was told by pods not to expect the container for at least 14 days due to the 2 holidays during that time. I called pods on January 2 to ask them if they could deliver the unit ASAP when it came in. Jamie, a sales rep for pods told me she would keep a look out for my pod and try to get it to me ASAP. Since it wasn't suppose to be there till January 9 I thought that it was a lost cause and decided to head to the laundromat. Well Jamie called me on jan. 5 and told me that the pod was in and it would be delivered that day at about 3 pm. I then received a call from mr. Punches the corpus Christi transportation director for pods and he old not have been nicer. It worked out for me thanks to Jamie and mr. Punches and pods deserves to show some appreciation to these employees as they went out of their way to to make a customer very happy. Do it mr. Tom Ryan
