Impressive personalization internet scam, never recieived items

Im writing on behalf of my mother who just recently placed an order for my fiance's bridal shower. Long story short, just like the rest of the reports on this half ass company, she never received the items she ordered and was billed for. There is no individual to speak to when trying calling. They say you can leave an email message but that got her no where as well. Her last e mail to them stated "are you for real" as to which she got no response. So as the others have stated stay away from this company. Its one big scam. How they can get away with something like this is unreal.
