In JG TaxGroup the other day I wrote about an employee that had to sue Jeffery Galante and David Connell to get her overtime. She won the case and the court forced Jeff Galante and the others to pay her back.
While I was doing the initial research I stumbled on this too Galante Tax Group. Jeff Galante seems to just close one business and start another in the same profession whenever he needs to.
Why would someone do this?
I can understand closing a company if you are no longer going to be doing anything in the same profession, but to close one and then open a VERY similar business (JG Taxgroup) is a technique that is often used by very dishonest people.
Did he have too many complaints and he figured that he would just start over with a new name and a new address even though the two businesses are right NEXT to each other?

Did he have too many of his JG TaxGroup employees quit because he also treated them like Sara Vanegas?
Why would honest businessmen do something like this?
Another strange thing is that the website www.galantetaxgroup.com is still up… Why would an honest business file "Articles of Dissolution" and then continue to use the site and a phone number that is associated with JG Taxgroup?
The website even shows the site as being copyrighted in 2008 and it is still listed under Galante Tax Group.
I see how they are always touting their A rating. ABC news did a piece on the BBB and how if you are willing to pay you can just "buy" a good rating http://www.wcpo.com/dpp/news/local_news/investigations/better-business-bureau-under-fire:-are-grades-for-sale and http://www.youtube.com/watch? I'm not saying they are, but, maybe they are one of those companies that just "bought" a good rating with the BBB.
