Consumer Report

On 7/31 a check showed up on my bank account. One that i did'nt write or athourise made out to Utell Inc. There was a phone number at the bottom in the memo blank. I called it and after being put on hold for almost 30 min. Somebody picked up. I told them what i had been charged for and that i did'nt sign up for it and wanted my money back. They said it would take about 7 days. To get my money back. But it has been 7 days and still no money back. Where do these people get off taking money from people like this.
