Money taken on credit card for ppi, taken on phone and redress promise no win no fee, no claim was made, but still no refund, phoned redress on many occasions and spoke to many different people concerning my claim, and been told and promised a refund, calls alleged recorded to back this up by redress, also sent to redress bank statements to verify the amount of interest i have payed over the years so they can acess the amount they owe me, then i hear nothing, not even possible to contact them by phone now, when i do make contact with them i recieve a different story as to what, or a different excuse, and then told that some one would call me the following day, but never hear anything
