Coleanseshape and nextrimbliss

I ordered health samples from each of these two companies - Cleanseshape and Nextrimbliss - for approx. $5 each. I've now been charged $240 and don't see it stopping. I haven't received any further product - and haven't ordered any either.
I've contacted my credit card company and they suggest that I deal with these companies directly.
How do you stop them?
