Bought the H20 steam mop on 20 May 12. To be collected 28 Jun - 28 Jul 12. But they sent email advising delay to 31 Jul, then emailed on 30 Jul 12 again to advise 7 Aug 12.0n this day morning, kept calling to confirm but no answer, so went down to their office and found many other victims there. They even pasted a note there saying closed 2-6 Aug, resume on 7 Aug, but never meant to be. Hope to get back money or product in working condition also ok.
