Hi there, i was to pay this company to courier the puppy i purchased from EMS Pet Courier Service, Through Western Union Money Transfer, and i did yesterday afternoon and my puppy was to arrive at 8am this morning, so i took the day off work and my lil 4 year waited at the front door, to then it not be delievered.
When i called them, they said the seller hadnt done insurnance and 'the agency' wouldnt let the dog out of customs with out ME paying $1200 refundable insurance.
I rang and asked question after question and requested information from the seller and the couier service and they just kept insisting i pay the money and to calm down.

Should i contact the police and what do i do. They should pay for the disstress my lil 4 year has gone through and i am so furious
