This is my second written complaint filed for the store location at Nordoff and Balboa #2020 due to failure to maintain and/or have available elecytic scotters for handicap. They attempted to provide me with a wheelchair today 8/6 of which was missing one footstep. I had to send a store worker with my wife back to my car to bring my personal wheelchair into the store. This was unacceptable, the young worker "Molly" had to push me around the store while my wife shopped. Molly was very helpful, friendly and supportive. I was very upset and she's the one who helped me to relax and settle down. 5.
