I ordered some products from this site and after a while, since the products didn't arrive, I tried contacting them but was unsuccessful. There is no phone number on this website, life chat doesn't work, and when I tried sending them an email, I kept on getting this faulty message: "Incorrect or missing confirmation code".
Also when I tried to login to my account, the one I created before I put my order, this is the message I got: " Error: The username you entered does not match any account in our store. Please make sure that you have correctly entered the username associated with your account and try again". I tried this same routine for couple of days thinking that maybe the website was experiencing technical difficulties but no success.
I can't believe I got scammed like this!
