I ordered 4 cartons of cigarettes on July 19
with Western Union. Rixin Lin received the money on July 29. The ad say the product would go out as soon as they get the money, but I haven't heard from this company. I email
them several times but no answer. Company like this should not be allowed to sell online.

I do hope I can get my money back. I have all
of the receipts. Thank you.
