On 21/5 i ordered 2 tickets to alanis morrisette gig on june 25th. 2 days before the gig I had not recieved tickets and then got an email saying they ad cancelled them due to their suppliers. I have tried countless times to contact them both via telephone and email and have had no sucess. I feel I have been ripped off and dont know what to do about this. They gave me this booking reference T1E5C4O3T13. I would be so greatful if you could help resolve this matter.
