I recently applied for a loan with this company and I wasn't accepted. It never clearly stated that they would take money out from my account as an administration fee neither did they tell me this over the phone. I checked my account last Saturday stating that £79.99 was taken out and I was quite shocked to see this. I am not a working person and I would be grateful if I could get a full refund. I will not give up on getting this money back as I know I am not in the wrong.
