I ordered a pair of Asics trainers through www.adidassuperstar. Eu I was sent the wrong model and colour also they are not genuine Asics. I got in contact with the seller through website I didn't get a response until 3 weeks later and was told I had to pay all sorts of taxes to get my refund and I would have eventually paid more than the value of the shoes. He then said if I waited 6 months he would send me the actual shoes I ordered as a "gift" and also offered a discount on further orders. Still battling with him but feel like I'm fighting a losing battle. Will not answer questions, doesnt reply promptly and won't provide a phone number or any other details. Any one have any solutions??
